- Agentic IDE / vibe coding - mandatory
- XML, XSD, Schematron, XPath, canonicalization and digital signatures
- XAdES, PKI, X.509, CSR and KMS-backed signing preferred
- Docker and AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, KMS, ALB)
- Git and GitHub Actions
