- Manage and validate project and operational data
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, Sales and Operations
- Track contracts, revenue, billing and resource information
- Reconcile data across ServiceNow, Salesforce and Finance systems
- Build reports, dashboards and operational trackers
- Drive follow-ups and identify process-improvement or automation opportunities
Requirements and skills
- 1–3 years in Operations, PMO, Business Operations, Finance or Project Coordination
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- ServiceNow or Salesforce exposure is a plus
- Strong ownership and attention to detail
